  1. I have had a look at my subscriptions page & seem to have received a lot of promotion codes recently - 4 on 16.04.2014, 4 on 15.04.204 & 3 on 14.04.2014.

I have not bought any uridium & neither anything else. I know that these codes can be given for cash for Actions, but I have not done any of these either.

I am abroad currently abroad, have been for the last couple of weeks & likely to be so for the next couple of weeks & do not have the password for the email address linked to my account with me so sending Support a message would be useless at this time. Is there any other way of finding out what these codes were for?

Maybe it is coming from the codes that they send out through email?

If not, then someone might be using your account and buying uri. Change your password ASAP and contact your bank to see if any other transactions were made during that period of time.

The codes that are in the voucher area are ones that are sent to you via your email. These must be entered in to your account. If you are abroad and have not entered the most recent one received, I would make arrangements when you return to contact support and request that they check to see if there is a Bigpoint portal attached tot he account.

The reason that I suggest this is, because these codes have to be entered along with a captcha code. someone is accessing the account if you did not do it. And Cash for actions do not register in the voucher area.

I hope that this helps to answer your question.

  4. Thank for your reply Astraea.

As far as I know, there is no Bigpoint portal attached to my account.

As for someone else accessing my account, I very much doubt this. My password is complex & extremely difficult to crack - so much so that if you multiplied all the galaxies in the universe by all the stars there are by all the people on this planet, you still wouldn't come close to the possible number of combinations -

Well, I am glad to know you are protected. If you are still concerned with the voucher codes and the amount you currently have, I would still recommend that you contact support and have it investigated further.
