Promotions and Compensation

    I'd like to see DO not send voucher codes through email and just give us what they want from the codes directly in game. Im sure atleast 10-20% of the game's population has the same issue as me. Which are our emails that are linked to our accounts are not usable or accessible. I have missed countless promotion codes, codes for gates ( hades bday gate, 1st time hades came out, etc) and coutnless other compensation codes DO has sent to emails because the email my ship is linked to is no longer accesible. This means i cant change it on my own and the only way for DO is change it is for them to get a large amount of personal information from us. I dont understand why cant these things just be put directly into game. Many people have received free hangers and free spearhead ships as compensation for the recent back page issues. I talk in chat and see im not the only who didnt get theirs because of issues with their email. I would like to see things just put into the game w/o the whole voucher code process.
     
  2. I'm pretty sure that everyone wants this to happen.

    I missed out on a spearhead for some reason although I have the newsletter registered.

    Im with both of ya, i was told that if you had a spearhead you would get 75K uri instead (not sure of truth) but would have been nice, as EVERYONE had backpage problems, not just the ones who got a free URI ship.
     
  4. All I got was one voucher code for UBR rockets and x4...ect. I'd way rather get 75k uri, but I only got one voucher code. What goes on with their newsletter? So many people have issues with it. I think they should update everyone's email every six months and make sure that they send the same mail to the same people, otherwise they are creating a feeling of distrust. I didn't get 75k uri but my friend did...hm. Thanks a lot for treating a paying customer like that Bigpoint.

    As far as putting them directly to your account, that'd be fine as long as there is some kind of log about it. I honestly have no clue what else I got from the voucher code I redeemed because all it says is that it was redeemed.

  6. No one lost their mail smart one. We never received the other voucher codes.
