Punishment of bot users - first steps taken

    Hey SpacePilots,

    Today, we banned users for using bots. It’s an unfair behaviour and we did and do further investigations to establish fairness in the game again.

    We will continue to investigate and punish players that are using bots or exploiting bugs in the game. We’re doing this step by step.

    Here are the measures that we’re taking:
    • 1 week of suspension of accounts, effective 9th September
    • In addition, all Honor points in the accounts have been removed as a punishment for using bots
    Using bots in our game is against our Terms and Conditions, and we will not accept that kind of behaviour in our game. Please also note that repeated actions against our Terms and Conditions can be followed by a permanent exclusion of the game.
