Pushing?!

How many times can someone pop me before I can report them for pushing?

 

Infinite.

You are going to report someone else who is killing you for pushing? I don't think you know what pushing is, one person using multiple of their own accounts to gain an advantage for themselves.

If two ships are used at one time (helping with kills or intentionally getting destroyed by other ship or any kind of interaction to boost any of the ship for personal gains) then that's against the rules of the game as it termed as pushing or boosting and if you are caught doing so you will get suspension for same.
Either stop getting destroyed by same player again and again intentionally or unintentionally.

You may close I perhaps got the term wrong I meant a person bullying constantly every single day killing me over, and over again targeting me only.

Best thing to do for you would be to stay away from him/her or avoid him by going to different map or be in safe zone when he/she is around.
