Question about chat language?

    Hello, I have a question which is not clear to me.
    Does changing your chat language affects the nationality of my account?
    for example im from usa but if I change my language would it become lets say from some south american country?

    If it doesnt affect the nationality, can someone tell me how to change it? thank you

    Your geographical location is determined by IP address. Changing languages will have no effect on it.
