Question about quickslots, auto-extras & closing the game

1) There are two quickslot bars, both labeled with 1-0, but in the settings I can only assign keys to one of them. Is the second one what's referred to as Premium quickslots in the settings? If not, with which key combo can I access the 2nd quickslot bar? I tried shift+1-0 and ctr+1-0 but they only activate the top bar.

2) In order for chips like auto-ammunition purchase to work, do I have to have them in the hotkeys and press them when below 1k ammo? I know it seems straight forward... , but I've seen stranger things in games. So I'd rather be save than sorry. x]

3) If I close the browser window with the game, does it automatically log me out or will I still be logged into the game and vulnerable to any kind of attack?

1) Drag one of the symbole in your slots to one of the numbers (1-0).
Yes, the quickslot above is the second quickslot. Only premium players get it! And the button for them are the keys F1-F9 (slots 1-9) and F11 (slot 0).

2) Did you equip it in your configuration(s)? Do it! Then in your ship on the gameserver you have to click on the icon of the cpus and then of the auto-ammunition. If it's activate you will see the button with a white edge. If not, then with a black edge.

3) Yes, you can also close your browser window. If you have a friend in this game and looks he'll say to you you are logouted.
But you can use the red button of darkorbit. With premium your logout lasts for 5 seconds. Without premium then 20 seconds. So if you have got premium and more hangars you shall logout with the red button and change your halls.

 

I'm afraid it's hard to understand what you're trying to say and seems to stray off course of what I actually asked.

1) So the second bar is the premium. Does that mean I can place items in the bar (as I currently do) but only with the premium account I can use it as quickslots with hotkeys?

2) Having the items equipped seemed rather common sense, so yes I have them equipped, otherwise I'd not have them available for quickslot use.
So, if I understood correctly, I do not have to place them in a quick slot but only click on them in the quickslot menu, so they are highlighted with the yellow frame, in order for them to be activated?

3) So long story short: Yes, it logs out automatically as if I'd use the log out button (with the same delay) if I simply close the browser window?

 

1) Yes, you understand me.
2) Yes, you haven't to playe them in a quick because there is a symbole where you can click to activate it.
3) If you close your browser window you'll also be logout. If you have many halls you shall use the red button because it's a faster way to change halls only when you want to change halls.

1) You must assign the keys that will enable the use of the premium quickslot bar. To do open the game up and click settings, then click keyboard and scroll down to the appropriate key and assign it. Most people use the F keys, but you can't use the F10 key. So mine are set F1-F9 and F11 for the final one.

2)No, they do not need to be on a hotkey, but they must be on the ship and set to which ammo to buy. To set you open the hangar, then equipment, click the ammo buy chip and you'll see in the bottom right a button that says USE, click that and set your ammo to be purchased. Done.
