    I have problem with letters, they does not come to my e-mail, how said support team worker [REMOVED] it is becuse my email provider was blacklisted on BigPoint system and is the reason I was not receiving the automated emails.
    First question: what is the reason that domain ukr.net was blacklisted?
    Now I am asking that my account ([​IMG]162437951) transfer on new mail, but team worker [REMOVED] does not want to do it.[Ticket#2014080210009858].
    Second question: why?

  2. If i was you i would change my contact email to a gmail to avoid this issue. But my guess would be ukr.net email has been used in a lot of known malicious activity. It is one of the leading blacklist emails out there. I would also do a check of your email with mxtoolbox.

    Nah,I am sure ukr.net has not done malicious activity or spam attack or something else.
    No one game what I play did not blacklist ukr.net domain, only BigPoint. And what a realy funny, mail domain 10minutemail.com what create an account for 10 minutes and after timeout (10 minutes) remove it, that can be use for spam attack not banned.
    I have been checked ukr.net domian with mxtoolbox - all clear.

    Unfortunately since you are already in contact with support regarding your issue we are unable to assist you here in the forums. We are unable to answer why a certain e-mail could be blacklisted or why support will not transfer an e-mail, these are questions you will have to direct at them in your conversations with them.

    I have also removed the supports names from your post, please refrain from posting such information in the future.
