Quests requiring Icy and DO not putting Icy out

    What is the deal.... you put Icy event quests on US West and then don't put icy's out in the maps? Are all the people at Bigpoint working drunk? 1 Day of presents so far? What are you all doing and thinking?

    You guys need to pull your heads out and start actually thinking things thru.
