    There has been a warning on upgrades not working since last week.
    It is still there this week on the logged-in home page.

    On what date can we upgrade our items safely?

    That is not saying they will not work. Its a warning that you should not start any. Especially if you don't pay attention to collect them when done. The new drone system is coming out soon. The date has not bee put out, but you should be careful about whatever upgrades you do do at this point as the new system can be started at any time and if you started something and did not collect it before the new system is put in place, you will lose whatever credits/uri you spent on the upgrade.
