Rank bug?

    So there's this bug/glitch that has been going on for a while which is that my rank Is basic space pilot and it won't go up. I believe i'm a Basic sergeant but my level won't change , can anyone please tell me whats up with this and how to get rid of it ? It's been going for like a week or so and i don't know what to do anymore . :/ It also seems like im the only one with this bug or glitch.

    Ranks refresh on server time. Everyone starts out with a basic space pilot rank until the game server recalibrates the ranking of everyone then readjusts the correct ranking of everyone. Remember ranks wont change immediately once you hit the point where you deserve a promotion, it increases during the server refreshes (at the time where it recalibrates the ranking of everyone).
