Rank change glitch

Last night when I logged on i was a Chief Captain, today I log in And my rank is Basic pilot whats
going on.

 

Thats been a daily glitch on the us west coast server for year's. Some time's it fixes it self when you jump to another map, some times not. All and all it's a good thing. Some folks jump the gun before they see the rings or crown. lol have fun

The rank depends on lot of factor i.e you should be putting lot of points in terms of farming, hunting or doing gates, if the person who is below your rank is farming, doing gates and hunting daily then he is bound to pass you in ranks, if you want to play the game for ranks then you should put points daily to catch up with others or maintain your position in ranking. Also badge rank is calculated daily and if some people switch companies and join your company then your rank would be affected if they are higher ranked as compared to you.

Also the badge ranks drops to basic space pilot after server restarts and is re-calculated on daily basis.

Do you (the original poster) have any further questions or can we close?

 

I would agree except it was everybody over several servers not just this one, if it had only been me i would agree but it wasn't, everyone
had the same problem.

 

on the west server, most times the rank on the game page gets "stuck" jumping or restarting the page sometimes fixes it. its a bug...but like star*fire said, use it most people see the rank and start shooting thinking its going to be an easy kill.
