ranking and exp bug what about it?

    hey all, since the month of march me and some players got this bug , bigpoint support don't help us , every month they only say wait technician blablabla...
    You know some high levels (like me) since 7,8 months are playing like that and bigpoint dont care about us ,... so what to do ?
    maybe in 2 years will be fixed ? when technicians will wake up ???
    we not pay for bugs ...

    i'm going not pay 1 more euros now, only when technician will wake up and fix all, cause 2 days before was jackpot arena bugs and problems too and i''m tired of all of that bugs.

    Hello,

    I am not familiar with the issue you are referring to. There are not any ranking issues on the US servers which I am aware of. The screenshot you have posted is on a non-US server, and as such would need to be addressed by the French mod/support team as we do not have access to that language area here in the US team.

    If you have a issue on one of our server, please send me the information you have. If it is on another language server you will need to continue to work with the correct language team to sort it.
