Razor event

The razer download does not work.
Created a commsID okay and got the email and used it to activate.
Still no download.
Tried manual download, it will not work for windows vista (says it is supported).

Tried submitting a trouble ticket to them and then the baloney really became evident.
All trouble ticket (bug report) attempts use the email you provide for contact back and it appears razer wants nothing to do with you. You will receive all your own trouble tickets; your email is the sender and receiver.

Be aware that this may be a HOAX perpetrated by the 'razer inc.' company.


Other emails destinations and download sites tried after this appeared to work without incident.

I do not understand what happened, but my son helped get it going. My apologies for flaming the provider of this bonus.

 

If you are using the link that was given to you from the OA then it's not a hoax, I along with many other people have done it and received the package fine.

It doesn't work for Windows XP.

Some other advise that has been given is when you go to manual download right click and open as new tab. Some people who have had trouble downloading found that to work.

 

Was about to confirm, I clicked the download and nothing happened. Clicked the link that says "if it fails click here" and again nothing was happening. It was only when I right clicked and opened in new window that the download started.
