You need to log into the app that you downloaded and installed for it to redeem your code.

 

i am connected to internet but it keeps saying you cant install cause you are not connected to internet -_-

I am not going to download it again already downloaded three times

 

it solved mods can close it

 

Check your firewall settings if it's saying you aren't connected.

 

right as for the internet problem go in your program files and u will find some of the unpacked files in there and another install file use the to install it

 

I had the same issue, on the install window it says show on desktop or something of that nature, un-check that and your problem should be solved.
