    I got the e-mail "New PvP Mode! Log in and get the bonus package!" but for some reason the rewards didn't go to my Account. Can you send a new e-mail or mail etc? Thanks DO.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately here in the forums there is not much we can do to assist you regarding newsletter rewards. Can i ask that you try checking your accounts (including all the servers you have), to see if the rewards were maybe given to one of your different accounts/servers (if you have one).

    If you did not receive your rewards then i would advise that you contact support for further assistance. I am sorry that for this issue we cannot be of any further help in the forums.
