Reactivate the Old Account

Hello, I don't know where to post this thread so sorry if I post this on the wrong section.

I just want to ask if it is possible to reactivate an old account. I'm a former player of Darkorbit and haven't played this game for a while due to my personal issues and I want to get back on the game. I tried to access my old account but it says that the game did not recognize the username.. I hope I get a positive answer.

This is something only support can do, you're going to have to message them. When you do, state the Uid of the account, server, Login name etc...IF you don't have the UID, just state the Login name.

And in february you should have got an reactivating Code. In there were 1 Spearhead, 1 Hangar and RSB-75-Ammo. When you didn't get that voucher, then only the support can reactivate your old account.

 

lol no you never got a reactivating code u get a code to get ingame items not accounts back online :s
