Rebate Advantage Pack Not Working

    Hi,

    I have made a purchase of Rebate Advantage Pack ($2.49) - knocks off 25% off price of every Uridium purchase.

    Earlier, there was a 388% Mega Happy Hour Event and I purchased 30,000 Uridiums with 12.99 USD. I thought I would receive a total of 145,500 Uridiums since the price did not reduce to 75% off the original list price. Instead, I received only 116,400 Uridiums.

    In short, the event 388% is working on me, but there was no 25% discount given for Rebate Advantage Pack?

    Should this be an issue or the rebate advantage pack does not work on the event?

    the rebate is for in game purchases with uri. like a spin on gate is 100 uri with rebate it will be 75
