rebate and doubler NOT WORKING

as the header states, i renewed my doubler and rebate on Monday so should be getting double from boxes and 30% discount on uri items but they aren't working. all i have from the shop is 5% rebate on uri items which is from my currently running premium, which runs out this coming Sunday and i wont be re-buying because our money is taken but nothing given back for what we paid for and the boxes aren't giving me double the uri or spins which , with doubler on, i usually get 4-5 spins from boxes with my bio and pet set up but i'm only getting 2 spins. so far, i've lost 4 days on these advantage packs.

easier said than done with the patience part Shifterai , especially when its something ive paid for and now feel that BigPoint have robbed me , but thanks for the reply.

i tested to see it wasnt a glitch so spun in my gal gate generator and nope, not a glitch. so theyve taken my money for purchases , not given me them in game even tho the subscriptions say its active, and has also cost me in game currency for checking it wasnt a glitch. it might only be 25 uri but its principle. the first person to report her issue was around last weekend when her and her husbands premium went missing, so how long till we get what we paid for ? a day, a week, a year .. never ? the only time things seem to be fixed immediately more or less, is when it affects the payment side of things and stopping spenders being able to make payments to bigpoint. how about fixing this issue immediately instead of sitting in silence at support while i and others have been robbed. angry as hell right now. just another issue where the players are screwed and ignored and left to fume.

I have noticed that the (Doubler advantage pack) is not giving out the correct loot eg: 4-2 has always been known for x2 gg spins in boxes, but even with the (Doubler advantage pack) they only give 3 gg spins, I always thought 2x2 = 4 not 3 ?

I have boxed since 2009, 4-2 boxes have always had x2 gg spins and that is without BIO/SALVAGE, even with doubler you still only get 3 gg spins, nobody even mentioned PET! 2X2 = 4 NOT 3!

no, spins from the battle maps are x2 with no bonuses from pet, bio or a doubler but only 3 with a doubler. basically, you get 1 and a half times the extra in bms so you dont get 2 spins, but 1.5 spins and bigpoint round it off. with doubler, thats 1.5 + 1.5 making it 3.

yes, boxes are 2 gg in bms but they really arent. they are 1 and a half boxes but rounded off !!! add a doubler to that, you get 3 ggs because 1 and a half times 1 and a half equals 3 .. you can always get a moderator to clarify this if you wish, but i know i am right on the math part of this. i tried to answer your question for you only for you to edit your post and bash me with the " i know what im talking about " speech in return, so how about making your own thread on this issue as it isnt related to the problem i had, and as its now sorted was why i asked for this post to be closed. good day.
