Regarding - Banned for using a BOT - Never used a BOT

    What does one do; When support refuse to answer support tickets and normal communications then the technical support section of the forum, where you post issues and problems with the game with an expectation of getting a reply from technical support, simply close the thread?

    Thousands of dollars invested in an account that is wrongfully banned and the player has no avenue for recourse

    Hi Banned_For-Nothing,

    All serious account related issues, that includes account bans and suspensions, needs to be dealt with through support. We do not deal with these issues in the forum.

    The 'Technical Issues' section of the forum is not answered by support but by the moderating staff. This section is reserved for mainly dealing with game issues and bugs. Again, we do not deal with anything account related in the sense of suspensions and certainly not bot related queries.

    I'm afraid you're going to have to continue your discussions with support as we cannot help you here.
