    Hi there,

    I apologise for the closure, there must've been some misunderstanding from Harley with all players referencing support in their answers.

    Unfortunately we are unable to deal with gate resets here in the forum, therefore you would need to request a gate reset from support.

    Seeing as this is the answer that would've been given, Harley would have closed the thread regardless since he would've had to refer you to support anyway.
