Relentless Connection Issues

  1. I have been having these infamous connection issues that will either completely kick me off of the game, or it will not load at all, and for three or four months now I endured this problem day by day, at every specific time of the day. I'm growing sick of this, it occurs during specific times of the day-which has no complete sense or explanation whatsoever.

    I contacted support, but I'm just impatient with this game, and by now I tried every home remedy thinkable to resolve this issue, but there seems to be no cure and I'm wasting my eyesight attempting to even play this game anymore.

    There is nothing wrong between my internet/computer and other online games whatsoever. I'm convinced this has nothing to do with my internet provider and this is a game problem within itself.

You did the right thing in contacting support as there is nothing that can be done here in forums to fix the problem and the admins will probably close your thread because you have already contacted support. As it is the weekend, it may be as late as Tuesday for you to get proper help from them. Sorry, just how it is. Support is "very limited" on the weekends.

    same happens to me on GA1 same times actually !! no fix tho :( biteing nails till they bleed seems to relieve the tension tho xD

  5. Bump, any suggestions would be fantastic.

    With utmost respect and gratitude, may a moderator of this forum upgrade me and my current situation to "more of an issue" level. It has been months I have experienced this and I am losing my patience very fast.

    °™·°·L♦V♦L♦2♦3·°·™°, As you have posted the times you were having the issue, does this mean you are able to log in outside of those hours? Also regarding you r contact to Support, have you checked your junk mail folder to make sure it did not end up there? Did you receive the initial contact email after placing your ticket?

    I am able to log into the game and play it for a while completely fine outside of those listed hours. But as soon as the clock hits one of those times I posted, it completely lags out, forcing me to log out for the rest of the night.

    And I've checked all of my inbox categories, there is nothing regarding support in any other category. My main inbox has the main email in the Darkorbit help panel located on the back-page.

    Other than that, I do not have any other information regarding this issue besides a response from Kara exclaiming she'll look into it by sending it into the proper team that handles these types of issues. Unfortunately that usually means she doesn't care and completely disregards that I exist, or that I even emailed support at all(no offence, but she's notorious for this), which really leads me into resorting to the forums in fear this issue was discarded.
     
  8. In the past, it has been acknowledged that DO was getting denial of service attacks across certain ISP's. Perhaps that is going on now. Just a suggestion. I am not sure. Please look around forums for similar issues. There has been suggested a way to ping in order to see what route your connection makes to dark orbit, and maybe that can help in solving the problem.

    I've actually came to the conclusion before that the lag was "non-natural", meaning it was caused by another individual. But I was proven wrong due to the enormous amount of people reporting the same problem, it's just my problem is on a completely different scale by now.

    Cannot log into game this morning at all . I get external log-in error message.All was fine last night now this morning nothing. Funny how now I am logged into forums but cannot get into game. Earlier could not even log into forums so wondering what is up. Have no problems logging into anything but Dark Orbit. Guess I now have the same problem as others have had.

    This is the message I get trying to log into the game today. Any ideas of what this is or anyone else getting the same message?? Premium member and I hate paying for not being able to play and don't expect to get any free time if this continues. Every week it's something else with this game. I wonder whats going on.

    Unfortunately that means you have a time limit game ban. You must contact support to get information about your ban.
