[Request] Module Upgrading

I would like some info on module upgrading. I noticed there is no thread about upgrading modules, however with lasers and shield there is in depth information and suggestions for the % used to upgrade. I'd like to know the cost of upgrading, as well as the the boost each module gets for upgrading.

Can anyone deliver

 

I made one on the old forum when CBS came out but assumed the info would have been in a FAQ, so I have just made a new thread for it now. It's not perfect because it just gives the overall benefits and the overall cost of getting a module from 1-16 and not outlining the individual level costs, but better than nothing I suppose.
