  1. hello this is stainless84, i died in my gamma gate twice from my flash plugin crashing and i lost my gate because of so. i request that i have my gate back on the kristallon wave i was on with 3 lives please. ID:97832002 east coast (2)

    If you contact support you should be able to get a gate reset, if you haven't had one in the last 30 days. I think you will have to start the gate again but its better than losing the gate completely

    Please note that players are only allowed on free gate reset every 30 day.

    I'm sorry to keep posting here, but i'm a bit baffled about your statement.
    What do you mean by "free"?
    Do you mean that every 30 days you can request a gate reset although the reason of losing the gate in the first place is at your end? (Because a Flash Player crash is usually cause by insufficient memory for it to use, because after 1 hour of gameplay, from 600 MB of RAM in use, my Flash Player goes up to 1.1-1.2 GB of RAM)
    Or the problem causing you to lose the gate must be on the server side, and if it happens more than once a month you won't get back all the gates lost due to server issues?

    We accept that sometimes you lose gates and it is not our fault, be it a flash player crash or power cut or computer blue screening or even your cat deciding to take a stroll across your keyboard. In these cases we will reset a gate back to the wave it was lost on once in any 30 day period if you contact support. However I will add that this is done purely as a courtesy on our part and is not guaranteed. If a player is contacting us every month asking for a reset and a pattern appears then we reserve the right to refuse. Also the gate requested has to be the most recent gate done on your account and you have to ask for a reset within 24 hours of failing (No failing a gate and waiting until the 30 days is up if you fail them on a regular basis ;)). If you open a new gate of the same type then we cannot reset under any circumstances.

    If the gate failure is due to an issue on our end then it will usually affect a whole server or even the whole datacenter and those gate losses will be reset automatically.
