    Hello Space Pilots,

    Our credit card payment provider (Computop/Evo Payments) experienced a temporary outage on 13 August 2025, which has now been resolved.

    What happened:

    • Some players may have seen the message “Payment not possible for temporary technical reasons” or error code 22050040 / NO RESPONSE when trying to make a purchase.
    • Due to the provider-side outage, some transactions failed and were not processed.

    What you should do:

    • If you saw this error, please check your payment history before trying again.
    • Avoid making duplicate purchases until you are sure your payment did not go through.
    • If you believe you were charged but did not receive your purchase, please contact our Support Team with your payment details.
