    i have contacted support but first message back is that they can not help me.

    i wasn't aware of the 2nd sign-in bonus till a day or so ago(with in the same month as coming back) a clan member told about it. he and i both level 20 came back. the same week both having the requirement's. he get's it and i don't. if any forums and/or admin's could help me. as to what, how or who to contact in get this issue fixed. would be a great help. based on what i see in forums this bonus is still active and ever recurring if any account is to be afk plus 60 days correct?

    are you talking about log in bonus? If you are what ever you missed you will get a day late and usually catch up the end of the month unless you miss 5 or more days you get everything by end of month

    No, this isn't the normal login bonus that is 25 days long. this is a entire new bonus with is own icon in-game with a small first day free items for returning and a 15 day 2nd login. my friend told me he got 1k ee plus others.

    and as to the end of support contact. they are not going to do anything and my reply is delete this account its been 5 years and i meet the requirement. it was only 7 days after my 15 days would of ended i started a ticket. then there said i took to much time in "weeks". if dark orbit want to pick and chose who get this. im tried of fighting for fix's getting things they offer for free. seeing that forums is no different with no help. im just walking there is million games. if this id the level care or help this company offers there customers. i am half temped this file false advertising lawsuit that is really the only that makes them jump.
