Ridiculous Lag!

Ok, im tired of waiting for you guys to realized this, but this game is ridiculous in lag. Don't blame my computer, I run a scan everyday and fix all problems and make it faster and reduce lag within it. My computer is mainly on the gaming side so I shouldn't be seeing this crap. All my browsers experience the lag, everything is up to date, cache is cleared, flash is cleared. Everyone on GA1 complains in chat
"lag this" "lag that" Omg lag" "fix this lag"

It needs to be fixed, no more blaming us, I doubt bp wants to go down as a gaming company that blames its customers/players for the problems and wont fix the problems themselves.

 

you sure? in USA West i dont experience lag, or is it just global america?

 

I don't have it on west either, GA1 however is ridiculous, and it is more preferred then west is for me connection wise. I can have all graphics and such all the way up on West and still run 60+ fps, but I play GA1 and turn it all off and I still drop to 5-15 fps in no time. The server has lag, those who have expensive custom built computers have the lag. It needs to be fixed.

Are you still experiencing the same issue or the situation improved?

 

I had talked to support, when this happened, they said the server was experiencing lag and it was taken care of, which it hasn't been as bad since.

 

It is the same on GA2. I run usually a FPS of 50 or higher and when we get more than a few players in one spot it is too slow to attack sometimes.

 

Yeah, DO has lag issues, just chooses to blame computers until it's completely obvious it's them.

 

As we are not blaming anyone. We have passed this one to have it investigated further. Please know that we do care about the community and how the game is playing for them.
