robbed of bbk

I was killing bbk and right as i die so does the bbk. i am rewarded for the kill. i rep at base sell a few rocks then the bbk rewards are deducted from my account. i cant figure out how to add screen shots (this is my first post) but i have a balance and logbook screen shot. The balance page shows i received the bbk kill and the logbook does not show that i kill bbk. I already sent them to support and he shows me that its in the system log. why isn't it in mine? I watched the uri and credits disappear and at the same time i received the 4 achievments for selling rocks, but support says i got achievement from bbk. I didn't know killing a bbk gave achievement...

 

Check you achievements. You may have gotten credit for npc kills. Unfortunately you can not see how it is built up on that page. Support is hard to navigate. From their system log you can see there was a kill but its hard to tell what that stands for. That is possibly in German as it is a German game. The date/time stamp is easy but they did not address the awarding of the kill to a players. It is possible the kill went to a another player, but support would have to do some digging to find out if that is so. You will need to explain, with a lot of tact, your confusion so that they may look closer. They may or may not award it to you. Also look at your logbook starting from around the time of the reply email to present. You may have already gotten credit for the kill awarded to you.

i keep checking and my credit or uri don't go up. the achievements i got was for making credits by selling rocks so they have nothing to do with this exept i got all 4 at once at the same time i was credited with the kill in my balance. i screen shot my logbook today for exact time in question all my logbook says is i was killed then ship rep then 4 achievements at once
1. Money, Money, Money
2. Croesus
3. Credit Billionaire
4. Constant Cash-flow
these should have nothing to do with a bbk... i got these after i sell rocks at space station.
Another thing on my achievement page under newest achievements it doesn't show any of these above achievements. i can screen shot that and send to support if it would help

Be careful with the mods. You will find they will close this thread soon as you have mentioned in the beginning that you already contacted support. Just saying. Stay with support on the issue. They are the only ones that can fix the situation.
