Rocket Launcher Glitch

There is a fairly exploitable glitch that frankly is almost unavoidable if you are grinding npc's. My rocket launcher fires every time I switch configs. I think what is happening is the launcher is loading on both configs independently, at the same time. So after I wait 5 seconds and switch configs, the launcher has already reloaded, then by the time I switch back, the other config's launcher has reloaded. Thus I can fire a volley every 5 seconds switching configs.
