Rocket Launcher use while switching configs

I am simply asking whether or not this is normal or not or if it is some kind of bug.
Well I have my 1st config on for example and my rocket/launcher ecos or hellstorms or whatever are loaded, but when i switch to config 2 the rockets in the rocket launcher has to be loaded again. I was wondering about this and because its the same rocket launcher it shouldnt do this or should it?
It would be more logical to think that they would still be there in the launcher since they got loaded there in one config and its the same rocket launcher too .. But it seems when you switch configs when they are loaded unto it they get unloaded when you change (which sounds very illogical at least to me) but perhaps there is some deeper explanation to this

 

When you change config Rocket launcher will always start reloading again. That's because on the both configs you have Rocket launcher's. So, it is not a bug.

SUФMłSΛMUЯΛłSФТUЯł, This is indeed by design and is not an error. This was likely built in to prevent a player from using a double-salvo of HellStorm rockets, one set per config. If you would like to change the game mechanics regarding this you can make a post in Update and Idea Pool and see what happens.

There was a bug a couple months ago that would load BOTH configs at the same time, so when you switch configs, you launch a second volley, instead of reloading. They fixed it quickly tho (thanks).
