The idea is to offer truly selfless help not only as an outfit member but to anyone we choose to assist.
I do thank you for the reprieve from the usual forum banter that frequently occurs.

  2. I like this idea.

It goes beyond simply leaving an outfit - that's only an option provided that you're both shooting at the same NPC. Quite frankly (and especially for the nature of the proposal), that's a waste of time.
Better to have the weaker player sit on something big and practice their circling techniques, while the other player/s in the outfit can rampage around slaughtering everything else in sight, and all of those kill rewards can be passed on by choice. Sitting around shooting the same thing as someone else isn't really beneficial for earning purposes, unless you absolutely need the extra firepower.

This would also be useful for Cubes, Uber NPCs, Crazy Bots, and anything else that shares rewards based on damage (if you're feeling particularly generous). ;)

If you wanted to get really tricky, it could have a level handicap control, so you could select the "level" that the rewards are assigned - that would allow higher-level players to choose to lower the rewards split, but not necessarily eliminate it altogether.

Oh that is an excellent addition to this idea, thank you for the great suggestion.
