  1. just wondering of there are more than 15% of players that can use the new 3d mode?

my laptop is 4 yrs old and i can not play in 3d.

so how many active players can use the new 3d mode

    and how many can not?

just leave a comment or yes or no if you can play in the new mode or not

    have a nice day

Make sure you have hardware acceleration, I've seen a few people complain that they can use 3D mode and all of them have been because they don't have hardware acceleration selected.

Right click on your game client and select Settings:

I Can Perfectly play constant 60fps Everything maxed Out. (show drones are On too) Except Anti-aliasing (and Background turned off, but thats personal Taste)

My PC is almost 4 years old or so and I built it myself, I have:

    FX-6100 3.3 Ghz 6 Cores
    8 GB RAM
ASUS HD 7850 2gb Overclocked @ 1000/1350 (I have one of the fans dead but card still works and still cool lol)

I soon will upgrade to i5-4440, gtx 970 and 8gb ram

If you have a laptop, using an Integrated Graphics card might be the Issue, Using dedicated is always the best option

  4. I have a 4 year old laptop, 1.90 Ghz, and 8gb ram, runs perfectly fine for me, although recording is still hard, laptop isn't built for the things i use it for, it's a notebook after all XD

Everything on the highest settings, background on. 1920x1080 resolution.

    60fps whilst npc'ing (57-60)

Average fps (In the middle of a clan battle station with lots going on) is around 52 fps so no lag what so ever.

Lowest ever recorded for me is 40 fps.

    AMD FX 6300 @ 4.4GHz (6 cores)
    MSI Radeon r9 270X
    8GB 1600MHz RAM

  6. I can use 3D and play on a tablet with half of what the above players run. Went back to 2D for the simplicity of it all.

My laptop can handle the 3D fairly well, it's me that is rather useless in using it. I've spent too long getting used to 2D that i look a numpty sometimes trying to lock something in 3D, especially cloakers.

  8. i have a 2.4gig i 3
with (4gb ram needs to be upgraded to 8gb)
intel (R) on-board graphics chip (problem i think ) they suk, played other games with no prob. have been trying to update drivers for 2 years they don't have any new ones for the chipset

    have 3d acceleration set

    should work but don't

Probably will be the in-built graphics chip, the new 3d mode draws power from your GPU in order to play (Even gets around 70%-80% usage out of my R9 270x in my desktop somehow, even saints row 4 doesnt hit that much lol)[IMG]

Also like you said, you only have 4gb of ram, not all of that will be usable anyway, some of it will already be in use in other applications, some of it will be used as normal RAM leaving your on-board graphics with not much ram left to pick at, there is a massive difference between 8GB and 4GB, i have an issue atm where my RAM will only use 4GB in dual channel, and 8GB in single channel so i have it running like that, when i tried running d.o with only 4gb of ram in 3d i took a decent fps hit (Only got around 30), so maybe if you got more ram (And faster ram, since your graphics processor would benefit from faster ram) maybe you could play it.

I have i7, 16gb ram, 2.6 ghz and everything is on high settings and fps still 60 so no problems for me and i like the 3D version. Only thing i dont like about it is how the drones look like, shiny and sometimes hard to understand what kind of drone designs someone has. Otherwise thumbs up

Agreed, I Believe its because of the lightning around, maybe if turn down all the way lightning drone designs may be visible

  12. I'm playing on a Mac Pro laptop...with settings maxed to the top, i'm constantly getting 60 fps...and around cbs 55-60. it supports 3D obviously but meh...i prefer the 2D

  13. lol 8gb 16gb etc, i have 5 years old pc only 4gb ram and everything works perfect since 1st time i switch it to 3d.
fps jump from 30 to 60 depends on situations i am in but even on 30 fps i see no difference all run smooth and easy to play.
