[SC] A bunch of random Questions...

Hi everyone, still kidna new (i came back after a very long period of inactivity), and I have a bunch of questions that need answering. Lets get started:

1.) I used to play ages ago (about 5 years ago) back when repairs cost uri, are ship repairs 100% free even for non-premium players now?
2.) If that is true, than is the only use for repair credits is to repair drones?
3.) Is it possible to cloak in the middle of FvF combat, and do they loose their lock on you if you do so?
4.) Is sending Promerium (the orange one..?) to my ship the most effective way to make credits as a sub-elite player?
5.) I have a Goli with 60k shields, and can do 4k damage when boosted with Seprom using x1 Ammo, what NPC's should I be focusing on? Devos, Sibs, or Kristallons (the big ones), or somthing else entirely?
6.) In relation to the above question, would I be ready to pop noob-ships on enemy X-3 and X-4 maps? (ive never actually experienced killing another player outside of the arena)
7.) Whats the best way to go around joining a deciently powerful Clan? Asking "can I join your clan" randomly in chat seems like a bad and dumb idea...
8.) What rules are there about being attacked by other Corporations on your home maps? Do these rules extend to X-8 maps?

1.) Yup, ship repairs are 100% free now
2.) Yup, rep credits are just for drones now
3.) You can cloak in the middle of combat, but they'll still have lock. You'll need to use the EMP from ammo shop (limited time item).
4.) Yes, from Skylab
5.) I would say the big lords in your x-5 map. If you still got your circling skills from the old times, bk (Krisstallons) ;D
6.) It's too hazardous now to PvP as a weakling (like me D: ). You have to be the new FE+ to even survive. And there are barely any noobs to kill anymore :<
7.) Just see which clan has a good standing with everyone. Just lay back and observe different clans in chat, what they talk about and what they do. Personally, I prefer solo :^)

6) go cloaked pick on somebody a little or same as u don't shoot new pilots ( big boys are the exception ) And don't wait until they are low on shields and hit pts. that in my book is a cheap kill and your first should clean.
