  1. Most of the English support members know of me and have seen my very detailed explanations of things that occur in the game. But theres a problem I keep seeing over and over, that these support members most not even play the game.Which yeah its a game but it is after all a company to make income. And how can someone who knows very little of how a company works trouble shoot issues that may arise.Thats like hiring a guy to answer questions for computer software when they have no idea of how to even run it.

Same goes for folks supporting a game, there are problems you will see and encounter that a little chart wont help you explain so it must be investigated and work towards being solved.

Now onto my challenge, which may seem pretty obvious now;).I think the support team should spend time understanding how the game works from a players point of view as understanding players is not their strong point, why not put them in our shoes?Granted some noobs cry and complain when they know they messed up.But when valid points arise and you "dismiss the players" asap then your not supporting anything so this challenge would be very fitting to those who care not to understand the players view.

And i`m a person of understanding who is always discussing issues between players on my server and working towards an understanding to develop a better gaming environment for all to enjoy.

The support team and dev team certainly play the game, just not in the same manner as you. They are a business and make a product, its a job to them, and while im sure they enjoy it at the end of the day the goal is to make more money then is spent for costs. You are a customer who plays to enjoy the game, and at the end of the day would like things done (im guessing) in a different fashion.

Problem here is, what we want or think things should be as players is often very different from the reality of what is practical, possible, legal or in line with the thinking of the gaming company(or insert other reason).

Having them play " as us " wouldn't help anything, because they are not us and cannot be, nor can years of experiences only playing a game for fun from noob status to ufe be compressed into a few weeks or months, or years sometimes lol. They are here for different reasons, not to have fun, but to do their respective jobs to the best of their ability within each of their departments limits.

  3. And that`s my point, their job is not done to the best of their ability when they dismiss a player simply because they are mentioning an issue in the game or want to point out an issue with a current problem. Its their job to take in the information and see if we are just complaining or hold a valid point, where as now they don`t.Instead they choose to give the common "Thats the way the game works and deal with it skit"

Im pretty sure if I told a pizza joint that my delivered pizza was opened to see things not food related in it they would see which employee was messing up my pizza.

  4. I have several ships and I have a long-term interest in the game and gameplay and what I see said in SpeakersCorner and what is enacted in the game, or even acknowledged by the GMs seem to differ.. what BMλŋ916-ƒliesUSƒlaǧ and other say is of relevance.. and it seems that this is becoming a pressing point... something has to be done...
BMλŋ916-ƒliesUSƒlaǧ has suggested a forced noob-ship involvement by the DO Game controllers and I think the principle should be fine.. I have recent 'noob' ships and I do see the problem first hand... without any Uri etc... basic peanut and tuff it out on a server that has problems on the/an issues !!
Without some DO comments many of the threads in Speakers Corner are simply discussions that will be a footnote to the demise of an otherwise enjoyable game
