hi everyone, is so sad when support ban your acc so suppose selling/trading and for return they ask u for so many info but you dont remember that because when you registered the account for the first time was so many years ago like 4 when you created that account so you dont remember the info exactly and all that info was in other pc because it was so many years ago so you change computer and dont have that info anymore....... is so bad so now they just have my acc stopped there and i tried my best trying to show them that im the real owner and the only one that has been playing the acc so hard and they say im not the real one because they want exact info and i cant because i dont remember all those emails and names and passwords because it was long time agoo!!!..... so sad they took away something that i have spent so many time and money just for some emails, names and passwords that i dont remember :'(( just think about it support... And they dont even give me a chance giving me my account again after i'm the only one claiming for the account and that proves that i'm the real owner and the only one ....

#My account has been banned for months and i still miss it, its unfair support..

 

Dude, you bot or cheat you take a risk. Take your ban like a man.

 

Always save your information for everything you have an account for, not just this game but everything. Make a file, put it on a special flash drive for emergencies, and keep it in a place you can keep track of. I am big on Excel but you can use any program, like notepad or wordpad, things that come with a computer and make a backup. In your case, your pretty much done now though unless you get your memory working good. Sorry.

 

Depending on how long ago you actually logged into the account, it may have been purged from the system as a DORMANT account. Inactive accounts (4 weeks without logging in) are made into Basic Space Pilots until they log back in, an account becomes DORMANT with 6 months of inactivity and are subject to deletion. In some instances a DORMANT account can be reinstated but again you must have ALL of the important information requested (Email Address, UID #, Account Name, Ship Name, Server Played) without this information there is nothing they can do for you.

If you were banned for anything relating to account selling/buying/trading/gifting, or potentially anything suggesting the account owner is not the original one, then yes you will have to verify your ownership with certain information.

If you truly are the person who originally created the account and you do not remember any of the information, then I am sorry to hear it. However the ownership will need verified and you will need to work that out with support.
