  1. Can anyone tell what this is?![IMG]

I am afraid this is going to cause me to lose my account, as sender doesn't seem as admin or system.

That is definitely fake and trying to steal your account. Just delete the mail and ignore anything sent in the mail system like that in the future.

  4. Dear All.

Please be aware that Big Point will not ask you for log in details in any communication, survey or off site webpage.

Okapi32 is correct, this is a scam and not an official BigPoint / Dark Orbit communication. If you have submitted your details and if you are able to, please change your password. If you are unable to do this, please contact support for further assistance.

    Kind regards

  5. Wow,

im not being rude but i cant believe you fell for that. BP doesnt offer any package like this, especially for filling out a survey, come on. And just look at that broken english, i had to read it twice for it to make sense.

That being said, BP staff should make an announcement about this so it doesnt happen again and this guy needs everything back the way it was - afterall, the scammer managed to access the internal message system and scam him using BP's facilities.

BP have a duty of care here and need to protect their customers. Top tip for you guys and girls until this blows over is configure your mailing system so that you do not wish to recieve messages, that way you wont get any of this spam. BP probably wont tell you to do this as it undermines their capabilities, but it is a 100% effective way to stop it spreading.

On a final note, dont visit dodgy websites offering anything too good to be true, this is what forums are for - so if you get anything like this then blank out your private account details and post a pic here - mods will be all over it.
