[SC] Big Point / DO support ~ make sure u get Jakob to help!

    I have been playing DO in one capacity or many, since 2011, and never spent a dime on the game until I got a two week premium incentive Aug./Sept. 2016, and now wont play without prem. Anyways, in all my years playing, I have only made the effort to contact support about 15-20 times tops, and twice to BP payment support.

    Each time in the past my experience su... was sub par. Payment was the worse; both inquiries were for not receiving blitz uri purchase rewards. Both times, the initial response closed the inquiry stating that I screwed up and that I got what I was entitled to and basically to not call again cause we wont do anything.

    Inquires to game support virtually the same but a little nicer, they were more along the line of .. support guy cringes. scrathes head and says "geez, had no idea, must be magic or sumfin, im gonna tell you that well fix it "soon" and ill let my partner know, he's smRt!" "oh and dont cntact us again cause the truth is we dont care and wont fix it really.Thanks!!!"

    This time I contacted to support for the third time (I know I dont listen well to them telling me not call again) about not having chat since December of 2016, and a separate ticket to BP payment. Payment ticket response, "Thanks! we didnt check anything or such but pretty pretty sure ur wrong! Closed this... CYA!"

    I got a response from Jakob , he hit every issue in my complaint with a pretty detailed response about the problem and what was being done. I hit back with a pretty detailed/harsh re-buttal and sent anyother payment complaint. Jakob was the first person to look into my chat issue, found out my IP's where being banned automatically by the game system, and next time i was in game chat works like a charm. BP payment 2nd response was a bit contrite but I got the 30K+ uri bonus I was shorted.

    Bottom line ~ we need to figure away to get our inquiries/complaints answered by Jakob!!!!

  2. There are a FEW people who care in SUPPORT. The issue is you NEVER know who you are going to get to look into your issue. I know they added many NEW people there to assist with the increased messages about the game issues but it seems they were informed to check the "KNOWN ISSUE LIST" and if it was there to give the blanket response of "it has been reported and we are working to fix it soon", translation "we hear you but could care less about your game experience". Payment Support has always been a PAIN to deal with and usually send to NORMAL support and allow them to send it to Payment so they know someone else is aware of the issue and they MIGHT address it.
