[SC] Can a mod check out my support ticket?

Hello!

I have a problem which I cannot play the game until it is resolved, however support haven't replied in over 3 days. I was wondering if a mod could check it out.

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do from forums with regards to a support ticket. Support is still quite busy since the recent game changes went in and from the issues which popped up. There was a status update posted recently in case you had not seen it yet.

I know it isn't the answer you were hoping for, but please be patient and support will get to your ticket.

Yes, there is another question that I have - I recently received a Vengeance Adept design from booty key even though I already had it ... is this meant to happen or was it a bug?

 

There was (may still be) a bug where you received a message and log entry indicating you received a ship or design you already had. Most of the time, there was an extra URI amount given instead of the ship or design so please check your log entries from that time to see.

This issue has been reported up and hopefully will be resolved soon.
