[SC] Chat doesn't work?

    When I log in to the game I get a log saying that it can't connect to chat and I don't have chat. How do I fix this?

    almost the same problem, one I had my chat it will instantly disconnect then back again then disconnect again ==
    is there anyone that could help us both? lol

    This is a known issue and you need to send your;

    Ship Name,
    User ID,
    Server,

    You also need to specify you have cleared Browser History, Deleted Flash and Java Caches, Restarted your Computer and Router/Modem. These are the steps they are going to want to make sure you have done, but they are aware of the issue needing their attention to get it to work.
