[SC] compensation

I was banned for 2 days then 5 days for my in game name ( which nobody had a problem with for over 2 months ) but when I bought the honor booster for 5 days I was banned , I couldn't play ,and my money was taken and never refunded , I have now stopped playing this game because of how unfairly they treat the players ( PS stop deleting my threads , it's the speaker's corner ,I've been playing since the beginning and after putting 23k in this game I think I have a right to express my feeling when I'm being mugged off )

So, you think you should get a refund for the booster you purchased but could not use because your in game name was deemed inappropriate.

the money was an added lost and since my name wasn't offensive since it wasn't hinted at anyone , it was an actual reference , and anyway they money should have been refunded or the booster should have been extended , I don't donate money to bp

 

Honor booster is for NPCs GG...anything else is Yeah...that pushing thing Whatever you are thinking about, just shove it back into your pocket

 

honor booster is for gates . since I was doing gates . I can't get my money back even though I didn't use the booster ,I bought it ,and they suspended me right after . no compensation whatsoever , the name wasn't even offensive towards anybody since I had it fora month , plus I never use chat

 

Code of conduct says that you can not get refund, second thing ( lets look out side the box) I'm not a lawyer but if we look at buyer rights the meaning of buy is that you own thing, for example if you buy a car that car is yours for ever until you became a trader and sell it, if you buy a ship in game that ship should be yours for ever, so if you get banned that ship should be given to you or your money should be back because they took your ship away am I right ? I think games should use word Rental not BUY

 

You cant get a refund but they can give you the 5 days of honor back in game

Just because the name isn't caught right away or it isn't used in chat doesn't mean that the name is allowed. The name is still in leaderboards, in the spacemap, and ultimately still visibly breaking the rules. It just might take longer for it to be caught up to.

That said, they do not compensate lost time for breaches of the T&Cs. Ultimately though, what your ban was and what was involved is between you & support, it's not something we can overrule or change here via forums.

I didn't say you should overrule it or anything ,it's in the past , but I wanna ask you and everybody else if you think [removed] is offensive in any way , either way , they banned me right when I was playing the honor booster ,first 2 days then extended to 5 , that's what annoyed me .I didn't mind 2 days, I seriously didn't , sure ok , it was my mistake for choosing that name , but extended to 5 for what reason ? I'm not arguing , I'm just discussing it .

 

I have had to remove the name as yes, it is inappropriate and against the rules. Bans are not up for vote or discussion in forums, support deemed the name inappropriate and they have the final say.

As for the suspension being five days, that would have been issued per the guidelines that have been set and support need to follow them just as we have ours to follow here.

We really cannot discuss bans here in the open forum anymore than we can discuss the details of suspensions within the forum at all. As this is delving into the details and that is a support matter, I really do need to close this and recommend pursuing this further with support if you need more advice on the suspension.
