[SC] credit gates too many uri ones

  1. there are now 11 uri gates aimed at wallet warriors, this game is dying and you wonder why, becoz theres no fun for credit players, forgod sake do, when you gonna realise everyone is leaving the game becoz its all one sided, it say free to play, until you log in then you have to get your wallet out, and if you haven't got a wallet ya might aswell log off, coz d.o isn't interested, in the smaller non paying players, its a joke, this game is a joke, it might aswell be called zombie orbit, coz that's what it feels like.

    I think the OP is on about newbies because fair to say there is very little for the newbies and non UFE players every thing tends to be geared towards the higher level player and very little for the lower levels. Most the gates are only possible for UFE's maybe a mini gate could be made to give the lower levels a taste of what they can achieve and give them a chance to also earn a bit of uri as well. As for credit players not being able to get to do gates and share in the rewards that is not true many players have set up there gates with out having to open there wallets and have worked hard to get there.
     
  4. I dont think any of the solo gates require UFE, they may be done faster if UFE but even almost FE should be able to complete any gate, it will just take longer.
     

  5. Every time something new comes out you see a string of threads going to the negative. There was a good amount of time given in test server for people to see what the latest gate was about. Did we see the back lash then, no. Now that it is live, we see the full assault. A few months ago with the pet event, entry level players got a chance to see how gates work. This is something I stated was needed months ago. What would be nice would be for it to be available for all players when they first start, for a quest, and only available at a certain level upon accepting the quest.

    As for this thread, it is another in a long line that makes me wonder if the OP is playing the game or just sitting around saying "How can I complain today?" The gates, although can be spun with uri if you choose, were really designed to spun using pally/energy spins. The entire purpose for uri is for those that either just hate spending the time doing pally or box, or are in too much of a hurry to get into the next gate. DO will never be able to please everyone. When in 5-3 or boxing, especially in 4x maps, you run a greater chance of getting attacked. Now everyone is ready or willing to put up with that.

    May the OP could suggest a credit gate, with examples of how the waves could be set up. It surely would not pay out as well, and I would expect it to not give more than 5k uri for completion. The gates that are available now build up, so as you are progressing in strength, you start getting stronger and aggressive npc. This latest gate is a firm example of that. They are very aggressive, especially at the end. The fact that you have to use pally/energy/uri spins to build it is not a bad thing as it extends what the rest of the gates ramp up to. You should note that the prize is uri based also: designs or uri. What is your idea for the prize on a credit gate?
