[SC] Darkobit Survey? Lack of Support?

  1. What is the point of the Darkotbit Survey?
    Nothing has ever changed in the last 10 years when dealing with Support

    Genuine requests for help get unanswered and turned down for
    petty policy infringements..

    If someone fails to reply in 4 days, its only normal to ask again.
    but instead of our questions getting answered , we get this

    Lack of support is the 2nd biggest reason people quit this game

    Hello,

    Support have rules and guidelines they must follow. The people there are also not infinite.

    When a ticket closes it automatically sends a survey to the user because Bigpoint checks out the feedback. If they didn't want it I quite imagine they would or could just toss the feature. In any case, if you do not wish to answer it you are not required to do so.

    On that note, I am going to close this thread before it delves further in flaming support.
