[SC] Easter Compensation Gift

  1. Okay so I am confused.

    We get an email to log in between March 25 and March 28 and receive 14 days Premium and 3 Shared Boosters for 10 hours.

    They mess up and only give us 5 days Premium. Take 9 days to research it and implement the fix.

    Then they respond those QUALIFIED will receive the additional (not booked) items.

    Issue is the QUALIFICATION requirements had nothing to do with the initial notification and seems to open this up to many more than may have been eligible if they had booked properly the first time.

    "Qualified users are active users in the last thirty days who registered prior to March 1, 2016"

    Qualified users should have been those who logged in during the 4 days that this auto booked and no others.

    Can someone help me understand how this comes close to being fair? And how it figures to be compensation for not being able to log in if you have to be active for you to be able to collect?

    Hello,

    The qualifications really are not much (any) different than what users needed to receive the compensation in the first place. The only real difference here is that if someone didn't log in that weekend and thus didn't get the package, they could potentially pick up this remaining-fix part of it.

    To receive it in the first place pilots needed to be registered prior to March 1st and be active then log in within the timeframe allotted to the compensation, so that really is the only difference.

    As for your complaint about how long it took, I believe I've addressed that in another thread you're active in.
