[SC] EP & Honor Booster this past weekend

This past weekend, The Forum Calendar posted that Saturday was EP and Sunday was Honor Day.
As you all know, no one received their Days worth of 50% Ep or Honor. A post was put up stating that there was a problem with the new Mega Happy Hour Logo and this...

"We are currently reviewing our options for getting the boosters back as soon as possible. Have a wonderful day and happy gaming."

As far as I interpret this, They are assuming no responsibilities for Players not getting the 50% Boosters and only trying to get it to work the 'Next' Time.

As I see it, It was an Advertised Sale of the Boosters on the Forum Calendar and every Player's Accounts should be compensated the Boosters that they should have got due to the amount of Uridium they Purchased

Letters to Support about this issue were given the responce in Forums about the issue on Monday and tickets were Closed so you could not reply back.

(Another Issue that seems to be the new Norm when dealing with Support these days)

What are your thoughts about this, Players of Dark Orbit?

 

I had this problem as well. I saw the same thing on the Calendar, purchased Uri on Sunday, got no Boosters. Saw the Official Post Yesterday and got a reply from Support Today saying the same thing the Forums said and the Ticket was Closed.

I fully expect Dark Orbit to Credit my account the 5 Days of Honor Booster I normally would have got because Calendar or Back page, it was an Advertised Event and should accountable.

 

Typical Do Then everything is as usual Good it was not me It happened to!!! Hope Do will compensate for them???

 

Yes all we get is we are looking into it. I too purchased uri and got no booster. When are we going to get what we paid for.

 

You know if they don't do anything about it then can get sued because thats highly illegal to scam people.

Thing is guys even though the Calendar said they would be for sale when you bought uridium you didn't see the sale there for can't assume they are, as i stated in another post if it doesn't say it's there for sale then DO is not responsible to honor it. It has to say it's available and when you purchase it if you don't receive it then they are responsible so no matter how many post's you post nothing will be done. Enjoy
