[SC] Evasive Maneuvers We need Answer This time

Hello,
I have searched on google regarding Evasive Maneuvers Mechanics, whether it works on NPCs or not. I found several threads asking simple basic question but unfortunately no staff member answered those threads. Also, I read guides on bigpoint & I couldnt find anything about it. May be I missed it so please provide link if there is any.

I'm going to ask again on behalf of people who are not aware & who might search for this question. I'm expecting answer ONLY from staff

Does Evasive Maneuvers Skill works on NPCs (aliens) ?

I don't know for sure but I believe it does , because electro optics works on npcs and I recently reset my bio and noticed a big difference between having evasive maneuvers and not but it could just be a coincidence

 

Just park the dam things if you can, then you don't need any bio!

 

If staff is not aware please let us know so that we can contact support for such questions.

 

I wrote to support, seems like they don't even know the mechanics. I think I should contact developers, only they can answer this question.

 

Not so long ago, I had Evasive Maneuvers II maxed out. After some time I have reseted my skill tree, but I think that it does have an effect on NPC's too. Maybe not that noticeable, but it does.

 

This is the Answer I received from Support Team.

"The Evasive Maneuvers skills state they reduce the chance of an enemy hitting. With this in mind, they should, affect both Player and Non-Player Characters."
