[SC] everything in gone

wth just happend all my hangers are empty all i have are skins ten hangers wiped clean 8 years playing and this is realy [REMOVED] im in top 50 players work hard and spent ungodly amount of money
on this game only to get screwwed out of all my gear and ships and of course support is no help telling me i dont know wt im doing give me my stuff back you just wipe my acc clean [REMOVED] DO

 

Have you worked it out yet? I have looked backpage and seems to work ok... I may need to look into the loss/redesignation of 1 ship (I had 9 Hangar and a duplicate Spearhead) but I have to say I haven't had time to actually play on the map yet...
Name-calling is not a fast-track to getting a reply from DO.. believe me

 

The new system gives you as many hangers as you need with out having to buy them so for every ship you buy or own there is an hanger supplied. As for skins if you had designs for for basic ships activated before the update the basic ships will be lost as the designs are now ships in there own right. A lot players of reverted back to base ships before the update so they could keep them. If you had duplicate ships there was a compensation package for each duplicate ship to a maximum of 10 ships.

 

again this is not wts wrong how hard is it to understand its all gone lf4s bo2s ships hangers all the uri ive spent gone and i got no compensation package

 

I also may need to complain but Forum is not a good for that ... I seem to have lost a lvl 16 RL to start and appears about 10xLF3 grade 16 will need to have a good check round for maybe other stuff...

I am going to restart router etc as advised to see... Maybe... will EDIT soon...

OK restarted the Computer and cleared Browser caches and Flash web store and also restarted the Router (still cant work out why that might make a difference) and I have NOW found my missing LF3s so I am happy for that (the RL is still evading me...) but with the re-finding of the LF3s I am hopeful that I will be content 'maybe'

Look again at your hangers after you set your favorites. It takes a few minutes for everything to upload but you should be good. Although, I have to check into the location of a duplicate ship I had. Other than that, it looks like my stuff all made it. Where did my boxing Nostro go?

i do not like this new change.. i lost couple ships to this.. cit, aegis but they let me keep my spearhead.. pretty upset right now.. think its time to quit this game for good... just ruining everything.. oh cant forget they cant fix anything either.. always breaking.. oh cant forget all the frost ships i had from winning the UBA are gone too.. really really upsetting Darkorbit

I am reading all of these posts and don't know what to say. I have lost only Vengeance and Goliath, because my account is new, and had luck to not loose any equipment.

Although I didn't lost anything special, these update made me think twice: who will guarantee that I won't loose my equipment/ships I own one year from now, let's say?

 

Missing equipment can be found by;

• Clearing Browser History
• Deleting Flash and Java Cache's
• Reset Modem/Router
• Restart Computer

The reason for this is there are conflicts from STORED data and new data and causes things to not be seen. Most of the time this rectifies the issues and if not then a contact to support can usually fix the problems.

The only this I lost was my Base Ships for Aegis, Citadel and Spearhead as I failed to think they would not be acknowledged as ships OWNED as that was the only you could have a design active under the old Hangar System.

These are seen in the upper right of ship display for the ships that they can be assigned to, usually base or Elite ships.

The ships you lost were compensated for look at this >FAQ< for further information.

 

im just sending to support because this is not cool at all.. iv looked everywhere for these ships and there not around at all.. and i got nothing for losing them.. just not cool

 

Did you do the steps I suggested earlier in this thread?

Support is going to tell you the same thing I have told you there and that you will have to buy the ships again, someone else has already reported and replied with their response.

I did the above after thinking I had lost a bunch and now I have found it all as far as I remember...
There does seem to be some misunderstanding (probably from myself) as to why I have 1xSpear and 1xSpear Elite for 2 Spearheads and yet I have apparently 2 Citadels (only one owned previously) with Elite and with Veteran... I am still trying to catch up with this update...Sorry

 

Every Stat Design became a Ship so where on us3 I only owned the Elite and Veteran designs for Citadel and Aegis I now have these ships but do not have the Base ship, but on us2 I owned all 3 but because I had the designs assigned to the ships the system said I did not own the Base ship and thus STOLE it from me. If you had any of the Vanity (customization) designs they are seen in the Base or Elite ship drop down menu in top right of the ship page.

 

I just realized that although I found all my equipment from my missing nostro, I can't access it to put on a ship. This does me no good. I am debating trying to sell it and purchasing again but why should I have to do that?

 

unless I have not worked it out yet (entirely possible) you can 'Manage' any ship from bottom right the Hangar room for your ship... this should make available to any ship/Design you own any/all not-used equipment... this is surprisingly similar to the old system... I have to admit I have DE-CONFIGed all the ships/designs I can see in the new Hangar and seems you can pre-equip with remaining equipment that you dont normally use on your main.. as before...

 

After hitting Manage open your Inventory and look in the Hangar tab to see if it shows where the equipment is assigned.

The ships you were using in the Old Hangar are all still equipped you just have to put the STAR on them to re-hangar them to where you had them before. If you click your available/OWNED ships you may find what ships are equipped. One Issue I have found is if you Transfer equipment to another ship/design and you had the ship parked the new design is in the x-1 map not the map you were in and you have to change it in the Favorite Hangars to be able to warp into it also.

 

Of course you knew I already checked that, or tried. If I look at all hangers, it shows. I can not select the hanger it is hiding in, as it don't show.

 

Okay I know you have done the normal reset stuff so that is not going to be the problem. You may try buying a Pheonix and starring it to see if it will place it in the empty Hangar slot that had the Nostro in, before the update. If filling the "Favorite Hangars" does not make the equipment available again it leaves only one avenue of recourse. A message to Support to have them remove the assignment to the hangar that no longer exists.

 

I am getting ready to try support since I tried putting a design they gave me in there gave me nothing. Stinking changes. I think I posted yesterday I could already smell trouble brewing. Funny thing is I thought it would be on my main account, not this one.
