[SC] Extremely saddened by the lack of players. DO is dead :(

I was quite active on the game back in 2010-2011 but quit playing. I've come back and can't believe how dead it is . I used to love it. Grouping up killing NPC's etc. I guess all must come to an end eventually .

 

DO like to have only wallet warriors to play, they dont know the: better to take a litle from many, than much from few! because only those few that they do 300k damage will play alone now. have fun you few wallet warriors...

 

Yes, Back in the day wallet warriors were a problem and unbalanced the game. I recognise that there are still some of the same ww still playing so in a way I do feel sorry that they have probably spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds over the years for it to end up like it is .

 

Even the WW's from the past left the game when it became "Reloaded" as they found being required to do gates was not something they wanted to pay to do. Most of the money into the game now is either Galaxy Gates or Cosmetic designs.

Unwillingness to listen to it's fan base

So what's the point for us to keep playing
with a million other options out there

 

Thus the reason for the merges happening and by the time the first round are completed they will have to start the second round as they have lost even more of the populations from the inaccessibility of the game for so long after the merge, before it was corrected, and thus another wave of merges causing even more issues and more people leaving the game. Eventually they will be reduced to one server per region and only the most devoted MCC's left to WAR each other and thus the maximum money per server as they all pay to play.

D O will never die but the game will never be as popular as it used to be.

 

This is called the P.P.M syndrome. [REMOVED] Poor Management. Simple as that.

In the past support was actually supportive, now seems they could care less. Mods and game admins have had their wings clipped and can do only so much to help out now. Never do we see an Admin ship zipping around showing players that they actually exist and care about the community. Very seldom do we even see a MOD or Admin join us in the chat, they use to come by very often, answer questions or simply ham it up and have a good time.

Good management and success flows from top down, so why is the game loosing out? It comes from the top down.

Now its not even the wallet warriors thats the problem is the insane amount of cheating and botting that run the game now because anyone who used to spend money and time left and those are the only people left.

 

to be honest this game is getting worse day by day, botrs and cheats fill the maps, and if they get caught, DO says : opps sorry you spend money, have your account back, with some extra goodies, and we'll put another crappy event on so all you cheats can get all the good stuff.
man it's getting pathetic, i just venomed (cyborg 1) some guy in a golly and surprise he just sat there and didnt pop, yet another cheat,
give us a bot so we can compete with them.

 

Geez Stealth; you left for a couple of years, maybe others have done the same thing and they will drop back in later.....

 

They won't ban the cheats who spend money, especially big money. I suggest at the very least that they remove 50% of everything that they own. Honour, exp, uri, ammo, designs, etc. Let them complain, is this better than a total ban? Yes, then stop complaining tell them.
