Once again (for like 10th time) - ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

Yet another bug in DO and the only thing you do is ban those players for 7 days?! SRSLY?!
So these people made litterally hunderds of billions credits every day and not only that, they made millions of Extra Energies as well and the only thing you do is ban them for 7 days?!

This is ridicilous! We (fair players) are getting laughed at once again.

I've never cheated, I've never botted and I've never played against the rules and I even support this game. But next time, I hear about a bug I am gonna use it, and I am going to use it good. Because what is 7 day ban compared to 100 millions EE and unthinkable ammount of credits?!

This guy made 2 billions credits and 800 EE in less than 30 second and you will ban him for only 7 days (only if you catch him, which you won't as the boters you never catched!).

For only one hour of letting autoclick do it's job, he can make 96 000 Extra Energies and 240 billions credits. So in 24 Hours he can make:
22 304 000 Extra Energies
5 760 000 000 000 Credits

And these ppl will get 7 days ban? Well done. Thank you.

Open your eyes and ban these ppl for good so next time, nobody will use bugs. Or at least reset their accounts 1 month back and take away all their elite equipment!

 

Considering the Official Statement says;

Users who are found using the Promerium/Credits exploit to gain excessive amounts of credits will have all their credits removed from the account and the accounts will be suspended for 7 days.


I would assume they would remove all items won in Auction as well as all of the credits accumulated. I did not hear of a EE bug but I could see them resetting all gates to zero parts and any ammo or other items collected during this time (including gates completed and rewards from) to when the Bug was first reported.

I have found D O to be fairly reasonable on the Exploitation of bugs as it is not exactly like using "Cheats" as these are in game not purchased to be used on game.

 

96 000 Extra Energies in one hour? really thats clearly a breach on DO server if this is true yikes.

 

Yeah, ofc bug users must be banned for a longer time. 7 days...they don't really care about that, maybe they have multiple UVE accounts. Besides I think they only use this bug just for fun, because they are a little bored with D O....

BUT I'm surprised again, WHY this weird bug exists...what the h e double cricket sticks...

They didn't say anything about EE, because they are not going to do anything about it and they don't want you to know it. I play this game for a long time to now what these cheaters are going to loose. The only thing they loose are those credits but the rest of the things they can keep including millions of EE.

Fairly reasonable? You joking right? DO have never been reasonable about the cheaters. They now there is not much people playing this game anymore, so they are NOT gooing to perma ban them, just like boters. Because then there would be 40 % less people playing this game.

I am srsly sick with their behavoir. And I think after 7 years I will finally stop playing this game for good and never come back. I mean, what is the point of playing this game, where chaterss are not going to be punished?! This is the only game where things like this are happenning.

the video was removed because its showing people how to abuse abug now that you have posted a video it now shows the dev team how its done and can be fixed 7 days and all credits removed is fair as for the ee go the accounts shoudl be deleted depending on how much they made with the bug

 

Well they better delete all the EE, otherwise I would say exploiting bugs is MASSIVELY WORTH IT? Unlimited log disks, x2 x3 sab, insta shield, smart bomb, xenomit, 5 uri rockets, nanohul, let alone every gate twice. Hey I would just instashield every 30 sec when im farming cubes...

If they remove the EE, the punishment is fine as it is credits and they are worthless, if they don't remove EE then quite frankly I think they are sending out the wrong message about bug abuse, it will make people think the next time they find an unlimited uri bug, this will be in the back of their minds, that maybe they will only get 7 days for unlimited everything...

 

Yes, it's totally absurd. Bp really wants to turn honest players into botters and exploiters this way. For credits if they want, I'm happy if the exploiters are banned for 6 months and 80% of ep and honor taken away + all benefits removed. For EE exploiting. getting thousands or millions of EE for free permanent ban is the only option! Anything less than this and people will all exploit such things in the future.

Also the statement really gives me the impression bp just doesnt care. They need to make a script that shows the accounts who have got "too much" credits/EE in too short time. Check the accounts and ban them for good.

 

They are thieves and it should not stand as just a simple exploit. A seven day ban for a person who steals from the game and therefore from us all should be punished. Perm. Ban them and all of their account I hate thieves.

 

I think if there only going to ban them for a week is ok but take everything away from them since the beginning of the bug "all credits,all EE, all xp and honor, all ammo everything. Also their account should be tagged by BP for these players to be watched in the future and if their found exploiting any other bug in the game should result in a permanent ban. We as fair and honest players should not be forced by BP to put up or even have to play this game with dishonest players. This kinda activity is also taking up BP developers time to have to check and fix whatever these players exploited instead of using their time to fix bugs "like the cbs modules that have not been returned yet". So basically we as honest players are really the ones being punished. Enjoy the game all the honest players and all the non honest players do us all a favor and quit.

 

they already knew about it and how it was exploited. And the bug was already fixed. They fixed it like 2 days ago or so, from what I have read in the comment section.

Now they are just making script to found the cheaters. But as we all know, they will never found 100 % of them like the boters and other past bug users.

 

It's good if they post their success (EDIT: NUMBER OF PUNISHED PLAYERS) in the official announcement, because it was a very "special" problem (also it can increase the self esteem of D O)

Also, I don't agree with the 7 days punishment. Why? Because the auction is not balanced now, and I was thinking: "What the hell, how can 2 hours game time player bid 60 mil on equipment?". I mean, really? How can a player with 2 hours game time bid that much credits? After reading the announcement, it was all clear to me. Because of these players I can't buy anything from the auction.

Galaxy EE? Was there a bug with this too? Why it isn't stated on the announcement? I understand now, I was thinking where are the players lately on maps, it's all empty. Every weekend my server is full, but that was not the case this time. But, I get it now, they were farming gates. GREAT.

All in all: GREAT! I can't bid on auction because I am fair player. Damn, they got full build from auction in couple of days, and will get 7 days ban. I will be trying for months to get FE, and they did it in couple of days.

Hm, maybe we don't deserve to be fair players. Who knows.. I am playing this game from the beginning, from the damn first version of it. Have never cheated, or abused game bug. But 7 days ban, makes me think. Not too much.

 

It's the same like always.

7 Days for some Extra Clicks is an hard punishment compared to an JPA Buguser who got banned for 7 days also without any other Punishments. If you look on it like that they are really moving forward.

how do these crookes find these bugs?.also y would u use them ,loose lips sinks ships,or on here 7 day ban .i so wish dev team would do a script for auto locking really is starting to put me off this game. regards gb1 server

 

lol not eveyone is using the bug that ya server aint empty because of that and a player with 2hours can bid 60mill creds its called pushing sending credits into a clan for your noob account it make take some months to get 60mill but it can be done

and as for bigpoint posting about the bugs i dont think they new about EE bug lol

 

Sorry, forget to add: I mean the number of banned players, I want to know how many players used this bug.

Are the prices in the auction increased? I haven't noticed it on my server yet.

I forget the name of the game, but the devs had a funny punishment: they "execute" the characters (without clothes, only underpants) of cheaters in the public and delete their accounts. A little barbaric, but it showed the programming skills of teh devs.

 

There is another seprom bug and i hope Darkorbit will be more consequent in that case. Using this bug can cost all of the game.

Like 10 minutes and you can have so much seprom, maybe like millions, maybe not.

No, it can't be done. Player that is registered a week ago, can't have 60 million credits by playing 2 hours in the game. Just, no way.

Yes, they are (at least for my server). Low players with 2-3 hours game time bid insane amount of credits on items on auction. I just gave up trying to bid for now, no point.
