    Global Europe 1 was the first ever server, although at the time it didn't have a particular name I think. Shortly after it the first Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy and USA East Coast servers were created, but GE1 was the first.

    The "instance value" (basically the servers ID number) for Garena was 316, as a comparison GE1 was 22 and DE1 - US1 are 45 to 49. The last permanent server has an ID of 1123.

    There are 20 servers that have a ID smaller than Garena's 316 but DO servers used to come out in waves. So it is possible that Garena came out in the 3rd or 4th wave of new servers, which would still make it one of the oldest by quite a bit. I think the game would also have to already be up and running before Garena bought a license to host their own server.
