    I know that being premium and rebate make a huge difference in gate building with uri, but my question is does it make a difference in free spins?

    No unfortunately it does not. It would be nice if it did though but it only applies to uridium spins no matter what. So in that sense you can get double the spins with uri than with free spins which is why I box instead of pally for gates.
