[SC] Gate Lag

  1. I lost my Gamma gate due to LAG and due to the discount on gates i continue to spin Gate spins to get parts
    with that been said i was told that because i erect a new gate they will not replaced my lost gate
    I cant believe that because i take advantage of the gate discount i am penalized for it
    i report the issue the same time it happen and 2 days later i get the respond stating they will not do anything about it, if the response was immediate or even a few hours later that would be acceptable but 2 days later i was suppose to not take advantage of a discount that is not always available
     
  2. Killercal73 what is it that you are making comment on?
    Was it that they offered a discount or that you failed to complete the gate due to lag?
    I think you will find that , recently at least, that discount days have been frequent and lag is not a subject best dealt with in Forum.. maybe if you took this to Support with any evidence/times etc then you could move forward...
     
  3. I did take it to support and the response is that they will not do anything because i continue to build gates instead of waiting on them to take action
    I guess i am mad that i lost the gate and in turn would have lost more in terms of the gate discount if i did wait for them to act, at the end of the day i was building gates with purchased URI and not gate spins achieve from pally we need better support and not that crappy crap that we are fed

    Hello,

    While it's unfortunate support was unable to get back to you sooner, it does happen. Sometimes they are able to answer sooner than later, and other times not so much.

    In the end they have guidelines they have to follow the same as we do. Even going back to when we had the vbulletin forums with the private tech section I can tell you we were not able to reset gates once a new one was put in the map either, so this isn't really anything new, frustrating as it may be.
